Colombia Night Owl - Decaf

Little will remind you about drinking a decaffeinated coffee. After harvesting, the Red bourbon variety has gone through a similar processing like our other Lots from the well regarded producer Wilton Benitez (Anaerobic yeast + Thermal shock). This particular coffee has been decaffeinated following the sugarcane processing which is similar to our standard Decaf Coffee from the El Vergel estate. Sugarcane decaffeinating has many advantages above the commonly used ‘chemical solvent process’.
